classic car postcard

A flag for the Victor.

A notable Elizabethan half-timbered house with Jacobean carving (1603).  So it says on the back of this postcard. Not a mention of the notably American inspired Vauxhall Victor FA estate car ( the British ’57 Chevy) plonked right in front of it, nor any explanation as to why the Stars & Stripes should be flying above it.
